At Fashion Day, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the guidelines below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery via email or phone to initiate the exchange process.
  • Only exchanges are allowed — refunds are only offered for defective products (details below).

Option 01: Exchange via Courier

Step 01 – Inform Us

Contact us through email or hotline and let us know the item you wish to exchange.
Our Exchange Team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Step 02 – pack the Item Back

Once your request is approved, you will be instructed to pack the package back.

Please pack the item in its original condition, with price tags attached, within 14 days of receiving it.

You must bear the return courier cost.
After packing, email or WhatsApp us the photos front side and the back side of the parcel.

Step 03 – Receive Your Exchange Parcel

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a Sales Representative will contact you.
You will be issued a coupon code equal to the product value, which you can redeem on your next order.

Option 02: Exchange at a Physical Store

(If you operate physical stores; if not, I can remove this section)

You may bring your item to any Dummy Store outlet within 14 days of delivery along with:

  • The original invoice
  • The item in unused condition
  • Price tags still attached

Our staff will assist you with the exchange according to store policy.

If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, and if an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued.

Important Notes

  • Only one exchange request can be processed per order at a time.
  • Price tags must be intact and not removed.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstance:

  • Sale/Discount items
  • Handbags
  • Accessories
  • Innerwear
  • Watches
  • Cosmetic items
