Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all locations across Sri Lanka. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate postal address to avoid delays.

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However, dispatch times may be slightly delayed during promotions or high-order periods.

  • Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days (Monday–Saturday), excluding mercantile and public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery timelines may be extended due to:

  • Invalid shipping address or contact number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Fuel shortages
  • Unexpected courier delays

Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched based on product availability.
If any item becomes unavailable after placing an order, our support team will contact you for confirmation before proceeding.

Store pickups and one-day delivery are not available at this time.
Our courier partner will contact you before delivery for coordination.

Missing or Damaged Items

If any item in your package is missing or damaged, please inform us on the same day.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Fee : Rs 400/=

For Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Additional Rs. 50 COD fee

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Contact Amendments

Delivery will be made only to the address and phone number provided at the time of order.

If you need to change your delivery details due to unavoidable reasons:

  • Contact our hotline
  • Or send us a message via Messenger/WhatsApp

Address changes may cause slight shipping delays, but we will make every effort to minimize them.

Note:

  • Changing products at the time of delivery is not allowed.
  • Orders can be modified only before dispatch.
  • If the delivery is attempted three times without success, the package will be returned to us.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  • Notify us via hotline or Messenger/WhatsApp within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.
